Parameters

muxerstr: The format name.
shapetuple[int, int], optional: The shape of the frames of the encoded video.
rateFraction, optional: The frame rate.
pix_fmtstr, optional: The name of the pixel format used.

Returns

codecstr: The name of the codec found.
