A specific encoder.

Attributes

docstr: The documentation of the encoder (readonly).

Initialise and create the class.

Parameters

namestr: The name of the encoder.

Return the documentation of the encoder.

Based on ffmpeg, it parse ffmpeg -h encoder=....
